Marthandam S.S

"Harringtons" Department Store is the brain child of Mr. Marthandam S.S, who masterminded the project and started it in March 1987. The store was something the residents of Harrington Road longed for and it was well accepted. Mr. Marthandam S.S due to his varied business interests felt that he might not be able to concentrate in the development of the store, hence chose Mr. R.V. Siddharth and handed over the store to him in October 2002.

Since then the store has developed in leaps and bounds and has become a household name in and around Harrington Road. Today "Harringtons" caters to almost all the household needs of residents in and around Harrington Road.

One of the few self-service stores in Chennai, today it is a landmark on Harrington Road.

The rapid growth of Internet shopping has given us the idea of launching a web site for our customers convenience by providing shopping facility on the Internet.
